The Foundation of Quality Established in 2022, Lingam Bakery Ingredients (Pvt) Ltd began as a shared vision between three close friends who recognized a significant challenge facing the local baking industry. At the time, bakers in Kattankudy and the surrounding regions struggled to find a consistent source of premium, reliable ingredients. This scarcity often compromised the quality of local confectionery, and the founders knew there was a better way.

Bridging the Gap With a deep-rooted commitment to excellence, they launched the business with a single mission: to empower every baker—from the passionate home enthusiast to the large-scale commercial pastry chef. We identified that the market was lacking not just products, but a standard of quality that could compete on a global scale. By establishing our hub in the heart of Kattankudy, we brought world-class solutions directly to our neighbors’ doorsteps.
